Developer's Take:

Jimmy can be a difficult character to use with a powerful Extreme. Not an entirely glowing start to his preset's presentation, but he is certainly a more advanced/technical character to use for these modes with solid payoffs for doing so properly. His main goal is to get up his Withstand Seal barrier, have an enemy attack (and have their attack nullified by the barrier) and then attack them with either melee attacks or Twister for large Extreme gains. Jimmy's Nuclear Necromancer Extreme is a very powerful large-area attack that expands outward. Nuclear Necromancer consists of 5 waves of explosions (with 16 explosions per wave), meaning any enemy within the vicinity of this explosion will likely not survive, boss or otherwise. [EDIT: As of 2019/05/21, Smoke Grenade has been reworked to act as a Stagger/escape tool]
