It has already been shown that there is a group called the Cult of the Symbiote in Gachduine, and that they have had an adverse effect on the lives of the central characters who oppose them. Below is an example of Cult propaganda, where they explain their history (the 2030s and 2040s end of it) and attempt to cover up their life-shattering mistakes by saying "it's their fault, not ours":

This piece may be a little too wordy to fit on an in-game billboard, but if I can make it work, it will go in. Otherwise, it's basically promotional material outside the game.
