While the Gachduine already has some history set to it before the start of the game, the game's beginning leads off with the return of your main character from Newfoundland to Nova Scotia and the simultaneous rescue of Zippy and Erica from being caught between the attacks of the Cult of the Symbiote and the Ceannduine, as well as their eventual recruitment into the Gachduine.
