Video: Flamethrower - June 8, 2015

In the Skylight series, Symbiote Monsters are created using the flammable Skylight Symbiote. As such, Symbiote Monsters are weak to Fire. Flamethrowers are weapons that not only deal 1.5x damage, but also always deal Fire damage. Since many Symbiote Monsters take 10x damage from Fire, the Flamethrower is great for dealing with powerful monsters, regardless of their elemental defense.

The Flamethrower does have a rather small ammo count, so it is best to make those Flamethrower attacks count where they're needed most, instead of against every Symbiote Monster your team sees.

Flamethrower abilities include boosts to area of effect and range, using an enemy's elemental defense against them, boosting immolation damage from Symbiote Clouds and an expend-all-ammo area of effect Fire attack (that does more damage the more Flamethrower ammo is consumed).
