Liches

A mysterious group that only recently arose to somewhat limited attention in Manitoba due to liberating Steinbach from the NDC, Severin considers the Liches as a possible ally, due to a mutual hatred and desire to end the NDC.

The Liches bring a very powerful tool to the forefront of the civil war in Manitoba: the Illusion Symbiote. Capable of both causing hallucinations and causing the form of an entity to appear different to both the human eye and most video capture technologies, the concentration and distribution as to who and what the Illusion Symbiote is applied to is unknown.

The Liches have their own unique Symbiote Monster, the Terror, a deformed beast that is designed to chase down foes.
